The age recommendation is 7+. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break but we cannot guarantee admittance into the performance.
We are happy for you to take photos inside the theatre before the show begins. Please share them on social media and tag us! Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
The performance includes gunfire, smoke and flashing light effects.

For reasons of health and safety we are unable to offer any public access backstage.
Yes, this is available before and after the show and also during the interval, inside the theatre.
If you have any enquiries regarding lost property at Sondheim Theatre please email customer services. Lost property will be kept at the theatre for one month.
Yes. The cloakroom is able to accept coats and small bags for a small charge. We are unable to accept larger bags or suitcases.

The nearest train station is Charing Cross. The nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus. The nearest bus stops are serviced by numbers 14, 19, 38.
Before your visit, please read our ‘Welcoming You Safely’ guidance here. For everyone’s safety and security, we continue to conduct regular security checks at our theatres and, working with Global Support Services, we use highly trained detection dogs to provide additional security spot checks. Please only bring one small bag that can be stored under your seat. To store larger items, please contact Stasher.com before you arrive. We provide 100% fresh air through our ventilation systems.
There is no specific dress code at the theatre.

There is an adapted toilet in the Foyer via a ramped corridor. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Wheelchair access is via the fourth side door on Wardour Street. Level transfers are available in Dress Circle Row D or wheelchair parks in the Schönberg Loge. We set aside this seating for wheelchair users so please get in touch before booking.
For those with partial hearing loss, Sennheiser Infrared Enhanced Hearing headsets are available. These headsets are available from the cloakroom.
There is step free access from the Foyer to the Dress Circle Row D. There are 18 steps from the foyer up to the rear Dress Circle, 21 steps from the Foyer down to the Stalls and 39 steps from the Foyer to up the Grand Circle. Please note that this area is quite steep.

The show is open-ended. Tickets are currently on sale through to 29 March 2025
In the event that the production or performance you have booked for is cancelled, we will e-mail you as soon as possible using the address given when making your booking and offer you an exchange, or a refund, subject to availability. If you have booked through a third party ticket agent, you will be contacted by your point of sale.
Your e-tickets will be sent immediately upon booking. They will appear as a PDF attachment to your confirmation email.
